Don't deal with Flec Demmon. He makes used car salesmen look good. Also don't let him anywhere near your wife or girlfriend. This guy has a rotten name in Golden and sneaks around to see other men's wives and clients wives and ruins marriages...including his own "twice so far". Do you want someone like this representing you?

I've tried to make an offer on a property that Flec Demmon claimed to have as a listing. It turns out he lied. He didn't have the listing. This guy is slick. Watch out!

I called Rocky Mountain Buffalo Ranch. It has the Remax number on it. They have no idea how to get me in touch with the Ranch. It is shady business practice to take over a Google listing pretending to be the business. Do not lie when you answer your phone. You live and work in Golden and know this business is still in operation.
