RBC Royal Bank

Without a doubt, this is the SLOWEST bank I have been in. This is not a one time occurrence. They are abysmally slow with lineups out the door frequently. You are better off going to any other branch, even to another adjacent town and it will be faster. I have again left after 15 minutes in line not having not moved, arrived at another branch and been served in less then 10 minutes from location to getting served.nThe only silver lining they have is their mortgage team is amazing and worth a 5 star.

This is the worst bank I have ever delt with in my life. TD is much better and they aren't very good.im constantly asked what I need my money for, as well as all round poor customer service.i have been with this bank almost 10years and treat me worse for it.I am leaving asap.

I was dumb and locked myself out of my card by entering the pin wrong too many times. There wasn't a long wait, and the employees were all very friendly and upbeat, even after 5pm! Dylan was especially great, excellent customer service!! My only critique was that I didn't know where the line was supposed to start, some signage may be helpful.

I am a lifetime customer of RBC with many RBC group products. I went to the RBC Mountain Rd location to withdraw some money. My 3.5 year old daughter I needed to pee. I ask a staff member and they told me no, I threatened to pull my accounts and the staff member finally let me take her. I spoke with the manager and he confirmed customers can no use their bathroom.
