Came in at 4pm as I just got off work and needed to open a checking account ideally that day it wasn’t working for me online. I was helped by Karen and she was so wonderful! Really friendly, funny, and happy to help. She went the extra mile and printed void cheques for me so I didn’t have to find them online when I got home. Great service!
Rachid Boukhcha, on mountain road branch,this is not the first time, he is very rude, poor customer service,as a business specialist, he referred me to talk to Karen which she is not a business specialist, unable to answer my questions, all I got from her I don't know, I will try to the manager, need an answer why there is Hold on my account.
Almost always a long wait. My first time in this bank was 2 hours before I was spoken to. I was told to go into the bank & speak to the manager; as I was instructed to do by Scotiabank on the phone. I told the teller with the British accent the info I received & what needed to be done. Instead of bringing me to explain she went to the manager herself, and came back almost instantly and said there’s nothing she can do. I’m sure that she just briefly summarized my explanation, which would definitely NOT have been enough to get me in to speak with a manager. I left upset, and finally got a call from a manager who was checking up on missed phone calls, and he did it instantly for me. This issue needed fixing for probably about 6 months, and finally was called at the 5th month..
This bank has gotten so much worse over the years since we first did business with them! They don’t have a clue how to handle all the problems created the “upgrade” to their system. I feel bad for the poor teller who tried to help us. We spent close to an hour there between waiting in line then her trying to get to the bottom of our issues! We finally had to leave without anything being resolved and will have to go through the same process another day when we have more time!
one of the worst bank of all time, my credit card is frooze for 2 months and i already visited the bank but they said they cant do it and i have to call customer service but they told me that i have to visit the bank again, and they say they cant do it, worst bank. Would never ever do any business with them
