This is the place I opened my first bank account. Friendly service. A couple of ATMs and ample parking available. Usually getting busy during peak hours.

I've been here an hour waiting for a roll of loonies. There's 10 people in behind me and additional half dozen that got up and left. There's only one open teller in the building, and not a soul is showing any ambition to open another. All of the money this bank pi§§es away, and they can't hire someone to help customers?

One of the absolute worst banks to deal with in every metric. Would be better service and accounting if you went to a pawn shop....

Adam was very intelligent and pleasant to work with. Appointment booking online was very seamless and simple to use. Highly recommend.

Just one customer representative is available and handling all the clients. Just getting a simple service you have to wait at least 30min it’s really devastating.
