Well talk about a total waste of time....I should have switched seats with the girl that was going to give us advise on a loan/mortgage for a new build. We have been customers for over 30 yrs...9 homes. She advised we would have our options by 5 Tues. Thursday 10am it arrived and she had been too busy to get back to us....what a joke. I actually was going to suggest that I sit behind her desk as I was giving all the suggestions. Go to RBC.......came home and they were amazing on top of things and so wonderful. TD is just a waste of time in our books now. Head office and total dim whits.

this is my bank, went down to apply for secured visa, changed tire in parkinglot out back 5-10 min late for appointment, she refused to serve me that day
