Teller wasn't very friendly the other day. I had questions and was given one or two word answers.

First time at this location to pick up a Credit Card. Teller gives me the card and tells me I have to activate everything on my own. I go home to find out that the the branch was supposed to set me up with my pin#. When I called the branch back and spoke to the teller, he said "sorry I forgot". Wasted my time having to go back to the branch. First time dealing with RBC and not a good first impression.
