4 week banking process has taken nearly 12 weeks , This whole process has been nothing but a disaster , mistake after mistake after mistake, horrible communication, and felt left in the dark all throughout. By far the Worst banking experience I have ever had. We will not be dealing with this branch again in the future.

Great experiences here every time I go. The staff know me by name, even though I have only been going to this bank for a year. They helped alot when I had to switch from a Western account to an Eastern account. Thank you.
