An Absolute awful experience! The complaints clerk (mans name was not disclosed) number one does not let you file the complaint, feels the need to tell you what the situation is and not what your facts are. Does not have any interest in the complaint, WILL provide you with the police departments number to call and make a complaint on a bus driver, and I quote "call the police if you see the bus driver doing something wrong, contact them you do not need to contact us". So all in all you trust your children to be on a bus line that doesn't take accidents seriously? There was no one hurt in the accident except for a car, but and I quote "Quebec has no fault insurance", so lets just say its no ones fault.. especially not the bus who hit the car! And yes sir, I do feel better and will enjoy my day!
