I had to take the bus a lot to get to medical appointments in Montreal. Depressing place. Some sketchy dudes hanging around. Not clean and bright. Makes Ottawa look bad. A café would be nice.

If your wanting to travel around the country I find that this station has the best prices and nice sightseeing views.

Weird to see a place change ownership and the place actually renovate to look dreary and low-class. Used to be an amazing eatery, comfortble, classy, potted plants, tv, you could easily spend a half day there if you missed your bus.. Now it looks like a gd prison cafeteria. Used to have buses guaranteed by the hour to Montreal. Now I usually do rideshare cuz I NEVER KNOW if I'll get a bus or not..

Am I the only person who doesn't have a problem with greyhound. I know the service and buses aren't the best in the world, but people that get annoyed cause of lack of internet or power outlets disappoint me. People don't appreciate what they have in this country. The greyhound is a service, if you don't like it, don't use it.

Ottawa has no remorse for stranded or lost people I broaded the bus in Toronto with error with my bus ticket Toronto hoping Ottawa would do the same, they didn't care I was stranded with no where to go. Its sad they couldn't have done the same or even show any remorse to a lost person. Not friendly or welcoming to outsiders
