RBC Royal Bank

I made sure that I called the RBC to reopen my account , I came in today ( Saturday march 25 at 16h00 ) and told them that I was here to reopen my account , and they were all confused , every time that I came to this particular branch of the RBC , they never understand what to do , I had some old bills with me and they weren't sure if they could change them , the manager suggested that I deposit the money , and I told her that I would need a temporary card , and she told me that they were going to send me the temporary card by mail ! They just made me feel like i was a con artist and that i was unwelcomed , maybe because i'm black , one thing for sure , I won't go back to this branch and if they don't like black people , they should advertise it clearly so nobody will loose time with them , If they're not racist , they are totally incompetent and won't trust them with my personal banking account information , and usually I get great service from the RBC branches around the country , but this one is special

Slow service, it takes me at least 10-20 minutes to get stuff done at this bank while BMO does it in 5.

Clients de cette succursale depuis plus de 17 ans... la qualité du service à la clientèle se dégrade d'années en années. Nous fonctionnons merveilleusement bien avec Royal Direct, mais allons le moins possible en succursale : lenteur, inefficacité, , manque de compétences... mais toujours de la gentillesse... malheureusement cela ne suffit pas ! Heureusement que Royal Direct est extrêmement efficace !
