I am travelling abroad. They blocked my credit card after the first transaction. And I asked them if I had to inform them before travelling and they said no. It is impossible to unblock the card. They have NO online services, you have to call them. I had to buy skype credits. I have been calling them for 3 hours on skype. No one picks it up. Use another bank, Desjardins service is a joke. Now I do not have a credit card to use. And no one does anything. The person answering my emails is unhelpful. I do not know what else to do to unblock my card. Why on earth do they have an app if I can’t unblock my card using the app? Once I am back in Montreal I will be changing banks immediately.

Worst experience ever from this branch team leader Lorra, I was asking questions with a polite manner and all the answers I got it’s with a arrogant and rude attitude. hope they replace someone who more knowledgeable about banking to do the team “leader”.

Don’t get your mortgage there unless you have no other option whatsoever. It’ll cost you a lot more than you think. Go to other better banks TD, RBC, ..., especially if you have good credit. If you buy an “undivided property” you may be forced to deal with these crooks.
