The staff was friendly and quickly available to help me open an account here. They helped me to deposit foreign currency into my account at a really good exchange rate.

Fraudulent practises my the manager. He refused to issue me bank drafts from my account and then made sure to freeze my account and told me that I should go to my branch and solve it. So, when I went to my branch, there was no one to help me and they told me to come back tomorrow. Unbelievable practises at a big and established bank. The upper management should be aware that mid level branch managers are making people's lives harsh

When customers are in line, you should help customers. Not doing other stuff while we wait indefinitely.

They froze my paycheck for 2 weeks the next day after i deposited it and i couldn't not pay my rent on time. If i knew they would do that, I'd never cashed it with them. Tried to complain but the customer service transferred me to branch manager who ended up by being the rudest and the most arrogant person i have ever dealt with. Certainly doesn't look like one of Canada's largest bank but a small Caisse d'economie. Yak!

Very unprofessional staff. Take that extra 5 minutes and go to another location.
