Everytime I go there it’s very, very long. The staff talks together and do not care if there are multiple people waiting in line! And when you get to speak with someone...Oh lala. :( Better go on Mont-Royal and Christophe Colomb!!!

The teller with the beard in the grey suit is the most nonchalant and the most uncourteous bank employee I have ever dealt with. Moreover,  he treats every client with an unmannerly way.
In addition, he doesn't respect the people that live in the neighbourhood, nor does he give a bit of esteem for neighbours.

Terrible service. There’s one teller other and other staff come to help her but ignore clients who’ve come in. Extremely long wait just to see a teller.

I wish that I could  give 0 star... the  girl was just so bad, doesn't  even want to open her mouth... did not ask what I want... I gave her some money to depot, then she just printed out the receipt and didn't tell me how much I gave or anything else ...  why you want to get pay and don't want to work???
