Extremely slow service, everyone there takes their time as if there’s not 15 customers waiting in line. Elderly people are standing in front of the teller and are not offered seats while the teller is taking 20 minutes to perform a transaction.
AVOID RBC !!!! If you can't, AVOID THIS BRANCH !! Awful service, They refuse to give my elderly father his money, he can barley stand with serious health condition, hiding behind that he doesn't speak English and they're uncomfortable to give him his money! Learn later they didn't have 3000$ on hand. The branch manager was the one refusing to give his money. Even though he spoke broken English saying he wants his money. That branch manager is on a power trip, poor excuse of management and customer service 100% RACIST. If that's how they treat elderly people, imagine how they will treat you.
The worst customer service out of all the RBCs in the West Island. Save your time and energy, go to the Beaconsfield branch instead.
I poked an appointment with a banking advisor, then when i ask him about anything it appears that he knows nothing and uncooperative, finally i felt like it’s a wast of time with no use or benefit from the discussion, finally continuing bad experience with rbc
I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Recently I applied to increase my credit. I was refused. I understand, they have rules, algorithms and everything. However, another bank offered me 4 times the limit I had originally asked RBC. So while RBC is worried about giving iPads to new customers maybe, just maybe, you should also pay some attention to your loyal customers...
