Great service. I spoke with one of the managers (Rasha) and I found that she is very professional and helpful. The phone line got disconnected but she called me back immediately, which is rare. Thank you Rasha!

unprofessional and very rude staff! they know nothing about banking and will make costly mistakes to you're accounts! I urge you to close your account and head to the nearest Desjardin near you. This RBC has absolutely no respect for students whatsoever been a client 20 years and WILL NEVER GO BACK.

This bank is a joke!!! Unprofessional and without training people serving, rude and really not to smart. They can't simply pass a check for rent for my small business because they don't know how their system works!!! Made a complaint about it to the menager and explained how my accounts work and her response was how does she know if I don't tell her??? I'm about to make complaint about that branch that should be closed since it's useless.

Good staff, polite, take their time to explain you everything and to consider your needs. The downside is that sometimes you have to wait too long for being served.

service is super slow but on the other hand, they treat their client very well and staff is super friendly.
