Very slow. I have never experience a service at a bank as slow as this rbc location. If you guys are in a rush. Go somewhere else. Wasted 20min in line and still waiting right now as I'm writing this review.

Usually a very good experience however Lynn found it necessary to give me a blow by blow diagnostic about the way I use my banking and reprimand me repeatedly saying "stop giving the bank your money" when all I asked for was a simple withdrawal of 10$. It's not like I don't already know the state of my account. Had I needed someone to analyze my account i'd've made an appointment. Please stop doing this, it makes it a very unpleasant experience since I wa only planning the make a quick stop before work and instead ended up being lectured. I'm unimpressed.

Poor service, had to abort the transaction by the branch manager Sharon , because it was 5 minutes before closure.
