Always short on staff making waiting time dreadful not to mention horrible parking conditions.

Waiting time is so long... 3 people in front if u easy 30 min waiting time. Rare I'm in and out. Often not enough tellers. Also often after client leaves they are sitting and talking for a min or 2 before taking next in line.

Financial adviser was to call me last month. Now it'll take another month to get my stuff in order. Maybe that long just to get a hold of my Financial Adviser. It's like they don't really take notes or maybe they just don't look at their notes once the notes are down. Once they HAVE THE MONEY they don't care about you!

I really dont want to even put them 1 star .. omg horrible waitting time .. staff service super slow even they finished their client they still talk the S things to them .. guys you gonna wait atleast 30mins for your service . Always surprise things happen when you get there . Normal desposit money to Business chequing account verg easy , this time after waited 45mins then my turn come and got a staff saids im not allow to deposit money - ask me if i can open account with them ?? Why maybe they need service monthly fee from me ?? The worst ever service ... never come back to get the S line up with a super low service no experience . Guys please dont com back here or open any business here in this brands because they really dont care your waitting time ... better they spend their time to talk and do S things. Stop coming here
