Never heard about this bank before a friend told me about it. I see why maybe no one really knows about them. Talked to the Asst Branch Manager and he did not have a clue what was going on. Wasted an hour of my time and at the end of it said he would get back to me in a couple days. Called repeatedly to see what was going on and no answer. He still hasn't called me back till this day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

My spouse and I got our first mortgage through Envision and Avril was very helpful and knowledgable. She made it easy and answered any questions we had. Service was great and with free e-transfers we will definitely be making the switch.

Customer service is not a priority. I had my account closed without as much as a phone call or an email. The account had a balance and also cost me hundreds of dollars to set up due to lawyer and assessment fees. Not an apology.. Nothing.. Worst bank I've ever dealt with
