I've been a member of this branch for almost 10 months now. I love it. Almost never have I had an issue. It's been the same lovely ladies working there almost this whole time. Staff is always super friendly and smiling.

This bank does excellent business with very friendly staff and professional service. Everytime I go there, there is no line up so you can expect a personal service. Best place to exchange CAD to KRW before your trip to Korea.

The staffs are very friendly and professional. Since it is a korean bank, there are many advangates you can receive if you are doing banking with Korea. The interior is very very nice too!

Great customer service, professional staff, no line-ups.

The bank is good for wire transfers to S.Korea because they convert CAD to KRW on the sport, whereas all national banks can only transfer CAD or USD to an account in Korea and then the currency exchange happens there.

Since this bank is relatively new in Canada the processing time for transfers between the bank and other financial institutions is longer than that of the big banks, hope this will improve over time.
