As a business owner and good client for royal bank unfortunately I have to give 1 star for la piniere branch,when Sylvia,David and Cynthia was there,it was very professional. SYLVIA is a very professional and very friendly manager but new manager seems like so snob,since 2 weeks they have a new team but it's disaster very amateur except Sandra good thing Sandra is still there and.i have 4 account with royal bank ,but don't feel comfortable doing business with that branch.i have 113 employees,but would never hire that kind of staff .not professional not friendly.special thanks for Sandra,very professional and friendly
