They don't want to give you anything at all for your goods.... They offered me 80$ for a thousand dollar laptop.... If you are in chilliwack I'd recommend main jewellery & loans... They offered me substantially more...

This store has a wide variety of items for a great price. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely be shopping there more often:)

I have had one bad experience with this store . Other then that the staff has been great ! Defiantly recommend this small bushiness ! For pawning or for finding some great items for a lessor price then big box. If you have a problem bring your item back and the staff will help the best they can . Hope this review helps make it right ! My last review was a bit hasty.

Not the best place in town .nuway is far better ,the employees are very rude .and treat you like a drugy. I pawned my camera there (sx30is) with batterie charger . Ofcourse when I brought it in it had the charger (cause what pawnshop would take a item without a charger) I asked for 50 and they siad 15 . I was shocked but that wasn't that problem .I took the 15$ and when I lost my ticket (my fault) they siad that I did not come with a charger and that the only thing that came in was the camera. With that being siad I then went home and found the ticket, then they tried to tell me.that the ticket was to old and that is was not the original .once I told them i was going to take them to court they handed over a charger with a price tag on it saying 19.99$ witch was the charger that went to my camera . Not happy and i dont plan on going back

Just called looking for a pair of skis. The clerk couldn't hear me, which was fine so I repeated myself. When she did hear what I was saying she was like "uhhm, no". Very rude tone zero stars for customer service. There was no sorry we don't have any. She sounded anoyed she was taking the phone call.
