Terrible customer service , staff especially managment are incompetent I wouldn't trust them with a dime of my money . you will be promised one thing and get another .. if I didn't have to stay with them for this long I would have left a long long time ago but thankfully I'm on my way to a different bank today woo hoo good riddance RBC .. funny the acronym must stand for Real Banking Crooks!!
