On every occasion, unless I have been served by a 20-30 year old age range of employee, I'm not greeted by the tellers, they don't say hello back or act friendly. Compared to the service customers older than myself are getting, a foot away where they are asked about their day, general customer service manners, I listen to them complain about their lunches and my presence feels like a nuisance. This is the general rundown every time I go to do my banking there, not one time of a person having a bad work day.

THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! VERIFYING A BANK DRAFT SHOULD NOT REQUIRE WAITING HOURS FOR A MANAGER TO ANSWER HER VOICE MAILS!!!! INFURIATING!!!

Great service and great staff love this branch and love they open till late some days so I can go after my work

I think nobody know how to pick phone in this branch. Calling from 30 minute nd its just saying that hold for one minute. Really poor service.
