This Metcalfe RBC branch is a wonderful asset to community. The Royal Bank is Canada's premier bank, and with good reason. Despite RBC's juggernaut size and scope, our local branch is a warm and friendly place to do banking. I always feel welcome there, and the staff make a point of greeting me and wishing me a good day.
