Son needed to make a transfer and they rejected him without even asking him anything they said it’s a scam right away. He’s been with td for 4 years or more and nothing like this ever happened. This td needs to be checked. Hanan the manager I think she need to pay more attention to who there hiring

I went to the Orleans location to simply exchange CDN for EURs. The line up was very long and the bank tellers did not seem to adjust to accommodate the wait times that people were experiencing. Once I made it to the teller, Hannah was polite and apologized for the wait but took her time to help me. It took Hannah 10 minutes to get my EURs. It took me over 20 minutes when I was 3rd in line when I arrived. I would expect TD to add more tellers which they finally did after 20 minutes. Im disappointed with how they managed this situation.

Worse bank don’t don’t ever go here. Especially with hanan charara she just laughs and doesn’t care about customers I’m here right now writing fhis review as I never felt like this in 4 years

Never been treated this bad with td especially with the workers that don’t know what there doing. Hanan charara she needs to be reviewed

Hanan do your job and teach your employees how to do there job they keep asking u and you keep telling them what to do. No professionalism.
