Absolutely amazing customer service from Melissa, She assisted us today with getting documents printed from a loan we received years ago and supported us with going through the documents and understanding them. We took up more time than most other customers but never once felt as though we were rushed or a hinderance. She seems to genuinely want to help and support customers and does so cheerfully. Thanks again Melissa!!

today it happend that I went to the Rbc bank where i was lucky to deal with Zakri who helped me with two issues annoyed me recently he was so clever to figure the reason behind it I’m so glad that i find answers to all my questions by the amazing staff and perfect service,smart knowledgeable advisors Zakri and Mellsa

Avoid this branch and their “advisors”, they’re very condescending and pretty much useless. Waste of my time.

The so called Estate expert screwed everything up big time.nThe branch manager was no help just as useless as the Estate expert.nIf I got screwed over as a client of more that 40 years. I could just imagine what my children what go through when I pass away.nI would suggest you not deal with the Royal Bank and Action Direct as you get older, move to a well establish investment company that includes your family and establishes a family relationship.
