Unless you are a client of that exact branch you are treated like trash.
Very unhelpful and very unfriendly. Held my U.S cheque for 30 days when my main branch never had. When I asked why I was told some far fetched story about how long it takes for the exchange process.  Have been a client of BMO for over 20 years!
