She is knowledgeable, patient and has been very available to us across needs on different services and products. We dint have an appointment to open up a bank account, so we basically walked into this branch and they took us right away… and Tony, the advisor that assisted us was beyond awesome, thoroughly professional, did everything in a jiffy, while also educating us on investment topics. Really awesome branch with great professionals!

I visited this bank yesterday to open an account, and Riley Nguyen was the one who assisted me. She was amazing— knowledgeablef and very thorough in explaining the bank’s products and services. On top of that, she went above and beyond by helping me submit a report to TransUnion to correct my credit information, which had been mixed up with someone else’s name. No other bank had been willing to help me with this issue, but Riley did it with patience and professionalism.nnI highly recommend Riley to everyone. Five stars for her excellent service!

I have been banking here for 10 years and I have watched this branch deteriorate in its quality and customer service. I tried speaking to the Branch Manager who got extremely defensive and started shouting at me. Gone are the days where a branch would be loyal to a loyal customer. It’s sad. Go elsewhere.
