Ratio is open and airy with a nice neighborhood vibe. Coffee drinks are excellent thank you baristas! cookies are just how we like them. Breakfast sandwich is hearty and tasty as is the salami croissant sandwich. A great coffee & snack spot.
Our Canadian Caffeine Crawl continues with Ratio Coffee! Their coffee selection is great and they sourced coffee with great transparency as each bag had both the harvest and roast date on them! The bags we grabbed were roasted just the other day. The daily brew Ethiopian was perfect. The pastries were just the right balance of sweet and watching them bake everything while waiting for our menu was such a unique experience. Customer service was great, everyone was warm and friendly and handled a rush while still making conversation with everyone. I hope the owners consider opening up a cafe in Hawai'i! We're visiting from our own Cafe in Hawai'i and doing a Caffeine Crawl across Canada to check out as many cafes as possible. This stop was one of the best!
Best place to go for yummy baked goods, paired with a great craft beer & their Friday Donut Day is a friend fave! Great staff & a wonderful experience. Outdoor seating with picnic tables & umbrellas recently added. Such a great vibe! They often have live music and pizza nights. Superb!
Yummy oat milk chai! I also tried the ratio cookie marshmallow and chocolate chip bd it was delicious. The outdoor patio area was super cool! I think the building used to be an old train station! And don’t get me started on those sleeves!!!! So cute
Always love to get some handmade coffee, getting that actual barista skill behind the bar is a dying art in a world of chain coffee shops. And the donut was amazing as well. A little chewy with great yeasty flavour, lots of filling and a fresh lemony glaze. They also have a cute dining space and a little patio to enjoy the sun. 10/10 reccoment.
Great little coffee shop. Doughnuts and sticky buns were fantastic. The coffee was great, very smooth. The breakfast pizzas look amazing. Nice area to sit on the side under the shade. Parking was easy and right out front. Staff was very friendly and up beat. Overall great experience.
5 stars for the vibe, it's a good vibe, cozy and friendly. 4 stars for the drinks, I got a long fog, it's foamy on top which I like a lot; my husband got a cappuccino, he also enjoys it. 3 stars for croissants, we got a chocolate croissant and almond croissant, they don't taste as fresh as we would like we are from Vancouver, our bar might be a bit high
Very cute little cafe, with friendly staff. The coffee was delicious! I'd definitely come back for it. The donuts, on the other hand, were a different story. I ordered 7 different donuts to try, but sadly I wasn't impressed by any of them. They were average at best. I wouldn't recommend the donuts, but I would definitely recommend their coffee.
Coffee and beer and donuts! A great little space with a tented patio. Lots of seating. Donuts on Friday. The lemon cherry is not too be missed the crunchy candy exterior and soft chewy insides - perfection - and a great selection of craft beers, cider and wine to drink in or take home.
Excellent latte. Tasty unusual strudel made with mango and coconut. Beautiful outdoor sunny and shady places to sit. Intriguing indoor spaces to sit, with dreamy alcohol ink art on display and for sale. The upstairs had a view of the hills. Building looks to be a former train station. It’s air conditioned inside - a relief in summer.
