Great Place to Get Tea.  They have a Large Selection and the Staff is Knowledgeable.  My Girlfriend loves Tea and was Very Pleased with Her Purchases from Here.  Great Looking Shop to Go Along with the Selection.  A Must Stop if in Vernon especially if you are Downtown.

My favourite tea store, period. So many high quality teas, including awesome house blends... I've tried so many good ones, and gone back for restock after restock of my favourites- and there's still so much more I could try. Also- good vibes whenever you're in there!

Great selection & knowledgeable staff. We went for bubble tea but for distracted by loose tea. Ended up getting a number of teas we've never tried or even heard of. Quality seemed really good & pricing seemed fair. Will be going back.

One of my absolute favourite local  Vernon businesses.   Amazing selection of high quality loose teas with an owner and staff who are just lovely people.  Great customer service.   The bubble tea and the scented candles are the best too!

My wife and I love your bubble tea kits. We gave a few sips to our son the other day 2 years and he loved it too. Now he wants to drink some every day and keeps asking "When bubble?" haha. Definitely will be ordering more soon!

The best tea shop around! The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable about their teas. There is also a huge selection of teas and teaware. I highly recommend their bubble tea or the white chocolate chai! One of the best spots in downtown Vernon!

I am such a huge fan of Teassential! I love having such a wide variety of tea to choose from and don’t get my loose leaf tea anywhere else. The shipping is always prompt so I can still get my favorite tea despite not living in the Okanagan. They’re my go to place for gifts and I’m never disappointed in all the products they offer. The customer service is unparalleled; my questions are always answered quickly and kindly. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for lovely high quality tea.

This is my absolute favourite local business! The owners and staff are always so kind and helpful. Their bubble tea is the best and so good on a hot day. They also have a tea for everyone's tastes, and are so so helpful if you're not sure what to pick

A bit tight in the store, especially with COVID restrictions in place, but the tea is absolutely fantastic. There's a huge variety of teas, the quality is great and the people are wonderful. I recommend the Latte Macchiato black tea. It's my absolute favourite.

Love their huge selection of different teas! The Guangzhou Milk Oolong is my favorite! Super helpful staff, great location.
