Very clean location. The machines take loonies which I didn’t anticipate and didn’t have cash, they got me sorted with coins and let me pay with my card for it which was appreciated.  I got a coffee and was expecting gas station coffee kind of thing which would have been fine but was actually served a proper coffee shop latte.  Lastly the gentleman I dealt with throughout was extremely helpful and pleasant and brought my coffee to my machine when it was ready which was a nice touch.  Considering this is a laundromat we’re talking about, having this much to say is pretty outstanding.

Our dryer broke down and we went to Aloha yesterday to dry our clothes. The place was amazingly clean and the 2 staff there were super friendly and helpful. I have never been to such clean laundrymat and I have never met such customer oriented and professional staff. They truly exceeded my expectations! Super highly recommend Aloha!

Went in yesterday to just to wash my clothes. The staff noticed I had two big bags and show me their industrial washers that I could used and told me how long it would take and cost, that small gesture made a huge impact!  I didn’t use the dryer but the industrial washer machine was fast and cleaned as it should. Place was clean and orderly.

I have been going to Aloha for several years and on average enjoy my experience there. The couple of times Ive had bad experiences I just assume the staff are having a bad day like all of us do. I would have given full stars but the past fews times has been some what frustrating. I get their rule about only giving out correct change but when someone asks for a certain amount please don't tell them what YOU think they actually need. I make sure to ask for only what I need and what I will use and if I end up having extra I can get a bill for I will exchange it before leaving but recently has been a nightmare. I knew how much I needed for my driers and was told no I don't actually need that amount and gave me $2 less. My cloths still came out wet and I wasn't about to use my debit card for a 3rd time to get the $2 more like I had wanted. And again this isn't the first or second time I've been told how much change I actually need when I ask for a certain amount.

Absolutely despicable how we were treated. Entering the store at 4:43pm with an entire basket of absolutely dripping, soapy clothes.  Was rudely told “you can’t wash that. It’s 5:00pm” we were then dismissed to the side. I felt disgusting to be there and the way I was treated is appalling. Absolutely ZERO STARS. Never coming here again and telling the town. Disgusting customer service!

Love it here. Super clean, friendly staff. They're literally always cleaning the place, always wiping things down and cleaning the floors. I'm very particular about my laundry and usually am completely grossed out by laundromats but this place is great!

Horrible customer service. Entered store at 4:40pm after our home clothes washer broke down mid cycle. We were told they are "closing soon" and we would not be allowed to use their wash and dry cycle. Worker then sighed when I asked if I could just use a dryer. Very unprofessional and rude. There was plenty of time to complete a wash and dry cycle. Do not recommend this location and will not be returning again.

Amazing customer service!! The wonderful staff always have me feeling comfortable and confident in leaving my items with them. I am always satisfied with how my laundry comes home to me upon pick up!

Best laundry mat I've been to in a long time. I like the little cafe they have inside and how helpful and nice the staff is. I definitely will be going back again.

I have been here once and I didn't know how the machines work so me and my man asked for help and the lady was very friendly she even helped us get to the right machine I would come back her again and again. To do my laundry and the place was very clean
