Horrible. Do not ever think them your agent. When I was introduced this guy from Civic Honda, he was active to include me as his client. Even I was staying in Ottawa downtown and he lives in Nepean, he tried to reach me and told me his service is he best. After 1 year, I realized that it is not at all. The auto insistence costs me 100$ more than my current one and I payed more than $2000 for this coverage. When I tried to add my wife as a driver they did not response well and it was always impossible to reach Ramon. He was always not responding rather his assistant maybe? Verna respond with poor English that I cannot understand. When I tried to argue their poor service and cancel program, even Veena hung up the phone and threatened me with cancelation fee that is not applicable at all! Later, I could talk to Ramon but he was defending his assistant not client. I had to notify them with phone and email to cancel my auto policy and there was no cancelation fee at all, indicating that these guys tried to fool me. Do not deal with this agent at all. They will deceive you so much.
