Chris Krasilczuk - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with this company for a number of years and I’ve been impressed with their personal service. Anytime there were changes in my policies an agent (usually Shannon) would take the time to explain what the changes meant with regard to my situation. I confess to being quite skittish when I learned that payments would be made by automatic withdrawal from my bank. However, several month later, I realize that it’s actually simpler for me that way, so my worries were unfounded. Technology isn’t my strong point, but I’m figuring it out.

Chris and his team provide exceptional customer service. They consistently go above and beyond to assist and answer questions fully and carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Chris & Becky for all of your ongoing support.

Had State Farm in the US for 7 years, always paid my bills. I moved to Canada, and had a late payment to the US due to changing bank accounts during the move, so State Farm Canada said they couldn't transfer my discounts... I called State Farm US, resolved the issue, and State Farm Canada calls me back and says because of the late payment, and a fender bender in 2009 (one fender bender over 7 years, 2 drivers driving 2 family vehicles!) they could not insure me!! Period. Can't believe I was treated so RUDELY and DISRESPECTED by a corporation I've given thousands of dollars to without a single payout--I even had a 2 million dollar Contractors insurance policy with them without ever having to make a claim. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Unfortunately, no more State Farm for me.
