Terrible service I have opened a new account 2 months ago to add my car onto my home insurance and this branch is still charging me for the account I have closed with just the home insurance policy, and they have awful hours, we have been unable to reach them or get a straight answer from anyone there. They say we have no account and yet I am still being charged it is so frustrating! Over all a terrible experience. If you want a good set of agents with state farm call Amy or Ryan at the Mark Neuman office!
