Highly recommend the ramen from here! They have 3 different types of broth to choose from depending on your preference. The cha-siu is really flavourful and delicious here and huge! I like that they have a great variety of appetizers to choose from as well. I’d recommend the crunchy tofu, the spicy chicken karaage, and takoyaki.
Surprised that I didn't try this place out sooner. It's so much better than the other franchise behind it in the same plaza. The broth was flavourful, plated nicely, came hot and char siu was good. Broth was on the saltier side in my perspective. The Ebi one was good too however, one piece of shrimp seems a bit disappointing when it's a Ebi Ramen. The Veggie Croquet was fresh and crispy too. I saw the kitchen heat up a new pan for our order which was nice. Nice environment, good vibes and good service.
Large portion sizes, very flavourful broth, good amount of meat, for a great price. I was guzzling water later in the afternoon though, so lots of salt! COVID vaccines checked and contact tracing done. The curry was less flavourful and I dont think I would order it again. Much preferred the original. The chicken karaage was flavourful and moist - cooked really well. It took a long time to make, approximately 25 mins to get our food once we ordered.
Best charshu I've ever had. The pork has that great roasty flavour of a charcoal grill. The ramens have a few broths to pick from, including vegetarian. Some are rich and some are light, so you can pick your favourite. The karaage fried chicken is great too, very juicy. Good service and nice place. Highly recommend.
The environment of the restaurant is clean, but the tableware is a bit old, especially the chopsticks. The food looks good, but the taste is bland. The fried chicken and pork chop are too dry, seems overcooked.
Came by because friend saw pictures online and seem to have good rating. Chicken was a bit salty but not bad. The chashu that others were raving about was nowhere to be found in my bowl... The one I had was dry, and like another reviewer mentioned for the price I am surprised it did not come with egg standard. The soup is definitely is not as rich as any other ramen spot that I've been to. For ramen shop it's disappointing.
Best chasu, it's the traditional belly then torched, not sous vide! Love the ramen thickness and texture, I still ask for harder noodles tho Toppings: I like that they fried the cabbage in the ramen. Egg is good! I love bamboo shoots but theirs isn't that great. Special toppings they put fried tofu on silver, which I love; and potato wedge on gold, which my nieces love! Broth: I find the gold and tantan too strong for me so I always go with the lightest "silver" Takes longer to cook as they cook to order, but totally worth the wait! Place is not busy but ramen is really better than most of the brands out there with long lines
I had the silver chasu, and we shared a half order of karage. Chasu was great, so roasty and good thickness. The miso egg yolk was so creamy, loved it. We also really liked the karage, 3 pieces in the half order, was enough for us with our ramens. We will be back to try a couple other broths. Came on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn’t busy, no wait.
Do not go here and use your money elsewhere at another ramen shop. I went here with my girlfriend and her sister and we ordered one gold kome miso grilled chashu pork and two gold kome miso spicy. First of all, the soup broth had no flavour and wasn't rich at all, second the noodles were still clumped together with pieces uncooked and cold, third the patatoes were weird to have in ramen and were soggy, and lastly, the meat just tasted burnt without any seasoning. I'm not sure how everything was so bad, especially if there's multiple locations maybe there's a quality control issue? Or maybe all misoya's are bad. I'd highly recommend you just taking your money and going to konjiki, sansotei, kinton, or Isshin instead where you can have some actual good - amazing ramen.
Flavorful broth and perfect textured ramen plus pork! I usually don’t eat a lot of ramen because most are very salty and I end up extremely thirsty after. However ramen from misoya doesn’t have those negative effects! That tells me their broth is very legit! I highly recommend! Customer service was very good as well! When it’s busy packed some orders take a little longer but the quality of the food is worth waiting for! Keep it up!
