Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Just got back from a weekend there with my husband and 2 young boys. We enjoyed the two pools, and having the Don Cherry Sports Bar within the building. Our server was great and the prices were reasonable. There were lots of food places nearby, and only a 5 minute drive to the falls/Clifton area/Entertainment District. Cons were once we got to our room one of the beds had a huge "sag" like hole halfway down the mattress. It was noticeable even with the bed made. Our 3 year old slept on that side so luckily it was fine and not worth complaining to the front desk, but I did leave a note when we checked out that the mattress should definitely be replaced. Bathroom was also dated and not the cleanest and it would have been nice if there was a Jacuzzi in the pool area but we knew there wasn't one before we booked. (Just would of been nice to have while the kiddos splashed around.) Also - Parking was an additional $20/night. Not the fanciest of places but if you're looking for a place to stay that's near everything and reasonably priced I would suggest staying here.

Clean rooms, nice hotel. Great staff. Very helpful and quick. They prepared the extra bed in our suite in about 10 mins after we asked for it. We couldn’t arrive on the day of reservation and it was prepaid but they still honored it the next day. They gave us very useful coupons for restaurants and activities. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I don’t recommend staying here whatsoever. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To start, whatever price you’re told for the room, be sure to add on a $20 fee for parking and a $10 “service” fee. On top of that, there was a huge group of people outside of my room drinking from the moment I checked in, until about 4 a.m. When I called the front desk to complain, nothing was done about the situation. I called three times. I got no sleep and the hotel did not seem to care about accommodating my poor experience at this location. I will not be staying at a Ramada again.

Got the king suite with sofa. There was plenty of room. 2 pools. Decent gym. Too bad there wasn't a hot tub. We booked off groupon $60/ night. The mall across the street was great. Would recommend meat market 5 course for $45

The rooms were great and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There was also a microwave and refrigerator for use. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was too small and the remote control for the heater wasn't there when I stayed. There was also a $30 parking fee. A break-in also happened to one of the cars in there so make sure you lock your doors during your stay.
