I live locally and stayed here for a weekend getaway. The hotel has free parking which is great (doesn't always come free in The Falls), IHOP attached for ease, and a great pool. The hotel is older, but very well kept and has a nice charm about it. The shower in our room was immaculate, and the water was super hot and it was a nice shower head, which in hotels is usually the lacking part. The staff were friendly too. I would recommend to stay here!!

ZERO STARS!! This was the most TERRIBLE customer service I have ever received in my life. The manager yelled at me and refuse to let me speak, all while laughing and making fun of me to his staff. Then "JOHN", the manager, hung up on me TWICE! Very unreasonable behaviour when attempting to make a reservation. Definitely not worth the head ache. Can you say C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R S-E-R-V-I-C-E ? Obviously not.

Booked here for 2 nights with a wag jag voucher. The front desk was friendly and efficient and the hotel itself seems clean and modern. It's right next to the outlet mall and only a few minutes drive from the main Niagara falls attractions. I'd stay here again.

Nice property. Bath tub was clogged but they offer us another room immediately. Great service. Great location.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed the pool area and since it is a heated indoor unit it can be used year round.
