They had bed bugs in the hotel rooms.nI woke up int he morning with severe rashes from bed bugs. Also the hot tub was out of service for a month. I made reservation a month ago and was told hot tub is out of service. Guest service was so so ... Not happy with overall quality of stay.

Avoid the Pool at all COSTS!!!nnWe stayed here for my husband’s birthday.nIt was easy check-in. Staff were very accommodating as we got there early.n1st floor lobby bathroom fans were extremely dirty. Like they hadn’t been cleaned in months.nRoom was clean.nThere’s a restaurant attached to the hotel.nThere’s a pool and hot tub.nnHowever, I would STRONGLY CAUTION you NOT to go in the pool.nIt’s very dirty and they don’t clean it.nI took 2 steps down the stairs and felt very grimy/slippery under my feet.nI slipped and fell….literally getting swept off my feet.nGrabbed the railing but it didn’t help.nThe slip n fall resulted in me breaking my wrist, pain shooting up my arm and the need to go to the ER.nnThe hotel never offered to call an ambulance.nThey never asked if I was ok or could do anything.nWe told them how dirty the pool is and they said nope, they change out the water daily.nn8hrs later at the ER, X-rays, being admitted and put under to get my bones pulled back into place and casted.nPossible surgery needed now.nnWe filed an incident report.nManager never talked to us.nThey never offered to comp our room due to the injury that happened due to their negligence.nThey did NOTHING to make it right!nnDO NOT GO IN THE POOL.

A nice hotel that’s in need of a little renovation in particular new wallpapers. Rooms are a little dark and they need renovating. Quaint lobby area and very nice front desk and cleaning staff.

The only hotel I have ever stayed at where the door didn't work and the staff had to come and open the door with an actual key each and every time you wanted to get back into your room. Very inconvenient. Staff were not very friendly and didn't offer another room or any form of discount.nnAlso the only hotel room I have ever stayed in without a fridge.nnThe room was very dated with old carpet and worn bedding. Limited cable and a TV that was +/- 15 years old. Definitely not worth $280.00. Wouldn't pay half that to stay here again.
