it's ok. I remember coming here 30 years ago, and it was awesome, indoor pool and putt putt golf! But it's old, there were bugs in every room, my family occupied 4 rooms (2 suites). Poolside access is great for kids, but you will find no air flow, as the air source is humid and chlorinated from the pools. Our bathroom area felt like a cave, poor lighting. I question the cleanliness, the tub seemed to be wiped down and there were sunflower seeds on the floor near our bed, I'll assume from the last guest. It is conveniently close to a grocery store though!

Although the situation was resolved by upper management, it should not have occured. We were treated poorly by the On-Duty desk attendant while staying in town for a funeral. We were also told the Bar was not open, because no one WANTED to work. I'm sure our experience would have been different had said person not been on shift.

Cozy hotel in Mitchell. The pool and hot tubs are very nice. They upgraded me from a standard suite to a Jacuzzi suite. Treated my family like rock stars! The staff went above and beyond from the reservation on the phone to arrival, to helping with our extra requests, and great food and drinks in their restaurant. Breakfast was phenomenal. Will stay again!

Room was clean and fine. Breakfast bar is not so great. But I would stay here again.

Don't waste your money. When we walked into our room it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. It took over two hours to clean and I was told I would receive a call as soon as it was done.... no call came. The pool area is heated. The entire pool area! It was almost 100 degrees in this giant room. We would have enjoyed the mini golf course if not for the incredible heat. Could not leave fast enough!
