Ramada Cornwall

This place is really clean, the workers are very friendly and helpful. Really like the size of the room and washroom. Just wish it was easier to find the way to enter by car specially at night that we had to go around a couple times to figure it out. I personally just wish it had better pillows since I personally found it to soft. But other than that it's well located in the city and a lot of restaurants and stores near by. Also the breakfast was simple but really good, nice and clean and someone coming a round if you want tea or coffee as well this is the first hotel that I've seen that has over easy eggs rather than only it only being scrambled like most other hotels. The unique thing about this place is that it has a few parking spots for tesla charging stations that a lot of places don't have.

For a small town stop en route to the east coast we were treated like valued guests in a lovely room with a super comfortable king bed, fireplace, coffee and bar fridge. Customer service was excellent and we had a delicious quality dinner next door at Eight Zero Zero, their companion restaurant where the service and atmosphere were wonderful. We stopped here overnight to charge at a Tesla Supercharger and lucked out with the Ramada. Will definitely return!

Our family has stayed at this hotel several times. This was however our first trip travelling with a family member with limited mobility. Before booking Shannon at the front desk took time to answer our questions about the accessible room. The room itself was extremely well thought out. However upon returning from dinner we found our door unlocked. It turned out that the door actually didn't lock at all. Thankfully nothing was taken. This was immediately addressed to the front desk and since it was pass 7pm we were told that it could only be addressed in the morning when maintenance came in. We were offered another room however we required the accessible washroom. The following day we decided to stay another night. It was disappointing that maintenance was unable to fix the problem. Although the offer was made to lock the room with a master key it just seemed like less of a hassle to keep our valuables with us. At one point it seemed like we were going to get a reduced rate on the room, but that never happened. All in all we enjoyed our stay and hope that when we return that the accessible room will be less accessible to those not staying in it!

We had a great stay in a junior suite. Nice decor, comfortable furniture, great staff! My only complaint is that the bathroom was cold and never really warmed up.

This is a great stop with quality costumer attention. The location is perfect. Close to large shops and varied restaurant strip. Continental upgraded Breakfast is included. The rooms are modest but clean and well kept. The staff is extremely helpful friendly and attentive. There is a medium indoor pool and jacuzzi which was a fun element and the reason we picked this hotel over others close-by.
