Stayed here for a few nights on our way to Quebec City. Looks like it was recently renovated with clean well made rooms, and a solid breakfast. Location is perfect right off the highway. Much nicer then any Super 8 I have been to, and affordable
Went for a weekend. Staff was not welcoming upon arrival. As a hockey family we spend lots of weekends at hotels and this was by the far the rudest staff. Staff was Taking pictures of peoples room doors and guests at 10:00pm 4 moms in a room.nThe pool was closed although now looking at reviews there seems to be a pattern. Th pool had beautiful clear running water with hot tub but apparently under maintenance.nDo yourself a favour and do not stay here.nThe “fitness center” was extremely small and you cannot have access with your room key. You must write your name in a book and sign in and out. This hotel has validated lots of privacy concerns. That is not okay. . The staff and management clearly want to be unemployed.nPLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!
Great location with easy access to the 401. Rooms are large and bright with great flooring, no carpets. The bathroom is bright and clean with a glass front walk-in closet.
This has been one of the worst hotels I have booked for our hockey team in a long time . Staff is horrible and disrespectful. The hotel is nice and clean . But everything else about this hotel is Soo bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to any hockey team coming to Cornwall for a hockey tournament. Pool has been closed for forever, excuses were endless. They had no intention of open it . Do not go here if you have kids , or a sports team looking for room.nnThe night lady is also a nightmare to deal with . And crazy .nnUnfortunately, our parents tried to stay in one room and talk, and your staff was still harassing our team , scaring our children. Your hotel is in the wrong in this situation and you know it .our parents were nothing but nice , regardless you calling the cops on our team. And might I add that the cops even thought it was ridiculous that they were called out , and instead they had lovely conversations with our parents. And saying sorry that they had to be there for no reason . Your night lady waisted resources for nothing. When everything was fine.
This is really a zero star review.nnGood: Nicely appointed rooms with USB charging galore, lots of parking space, nice night time front desk staff.nnBad:nWhere to begin....nn1. They keep the pool closed yet it's listed in the photos and on Google maps. Day staff have excuse it's not listed in the text as an amenity. Get rid of everything related to that pool if you arbitrarily close it and families with kids expect it!n2. Large mirror fell off the wall in the room and nearly crushed my small daughter. The hotel manager blamed my daughter, ignoring the 2 small #6 screws and small glob of silicone expected to hold that thing to the wall. Seriously, I'm surprised they can get insurance and have the gall to blame my daughter who just brushed it.n3. Day desk staff and manager are useless. The night desk staff said they would comp us one night for almost injuring my daughter. When we checked out, the day desk staff couldn't do it nor seemed interested in the least, just gladly accepting my money. Excuses galore about the pool to boot, almost as though everyone with kids have already complained and they are expecting it.nnWyndham, drop this hotel. I won't be staying here and recommend others to stay at the new hotel from the other chain. I travel A LOT and this was my worst stay ever because of how the front desk day staff treated my family. Enjoy my money, you won't be seeing any more of it!
