I was refer to dr Florence in 2018. Never went back, I waited 3 hours to be seeing by the dr. Which is really the worst is his admin staff! They will not answer the phone, they cancel your appointment and never call back to reschedule. I will not recommend this doc.
Dr Florence is great! However why does nobody ever answer the phone or erase the messages on the voicemail? Everyday for the past week I have been calling and am sent to voicemail which is full. Do you have an email address???? I can't even find a website online.
