Goldstein Eric

I've been seeing Dr. Goldstein for almost a decade. He is funny, kind and articulate. He makes his patients comfortable, so you can easily discuss your issues, he is so knowledgeable he usually has a solution right away. I cannot say enough kind things about him. I'd highly recommend him.

Great doctor - Dr Goldstein is knowledgeable, experienced, good tempered, and a very nice guy who cares about his patients. He will try his best to help.

Difficult to get staff to call back, and poor availability. However, Dr. Goldstein has is very knowledgeable and has sarcastic sense of humour that I like. I think some people may be put off by his humour but my advice would be to make your questions clear and not to be intimidated.

I was supposed to have an appointment last week Friday with Dr. Goldstein. I called Dr. Goldstein's office on Monday, to cancel my Friday. No one answered, so I left a VM. I didn't get a call back from their office. Tuesday rolls around, and no call back. I left one final message on their VM. Dr. Goldstein calls me back two days later. No apology from him whatsoever. Where was the receptionist on duty. Why didn't she call me back! So glad I cancelled my appointment. I will never be a patient of theirs ever! Do yourself a favor, and AVOID going to this clinic at all costs!!!

Not sure why all the negative reviews but Dr. Goldstein is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He was both informative and maintained professionalism at all times during my appointment. His staff were NOT rude contrary to numerous negative reviews. Perhaps people should try being a little open minded and patient when visiting doctor's offices. I went to Dr. Goldstein for a "second opinion" and he was absolutely great!

A doctor who doesn't listen to his patient. I have a skin and nail infection which I've been suffering over five years. I explained him everything including a treatment I had before. He said I don't have that skin infection after taking a look of my skin for 10 seconds. He called it "trauma". Seriously? Last year I sent my skin and nail sample to a lab on College Street so another doctor prescribed me a medication after she received a report from the lab. Also I had the same medication back in my home country from a dermatologist. I don't understand this situation. I've never met a doctor who calls patient's health issue " just trauma". So I didn't get any help from him and am still suffering from the skin infection.

My first time going here & it was great. Receptionist & doctor both treated me very well. I feel a lot more relieved now that I seen him & got some answers to my condition. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. His attention was very good as well. I went in very concerned & left relieved, thanks to him. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Goldstein and his assistant are friendly but they are extremely understaffed for their patient volume. I experienced long wait times and they are inaccessible by phone. I went in for a simple mole removal, and the mole grew back. It was hard to schedule another appointment. I went in for my second appointment and got called in 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Then another 30 min of waiting until I got local anesthesia. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

I had a great experience with Dr Goldstein. He was very efficient, professional and a nice guy. I was also greeted by a very warm and friendly receptionist. Overall a great experience and would recommend!
