I went here and ordered the chicken wings, they said that it was made to order and that we would have to pull around and wait for them to get done. No problem what so ever with waiting, I appreciate the fresh food. However when our wings were done they screamed “yooooo” out the drive thru window and told us pull back thru the drive thru and collect our food. That was very rude and unprofessional. Just walk out of the store and hand me my food, don’t be lazy and unprofessional.

If you don't go through the drive thru, you won't get waited on. No one would take our order at the walk up window. ..at least 4 staff inside. The drive thru attendant motioned to us letting us know he saw us. Seems like he was the only one that was actually working. We ended up leaving and going across the street.

Only 2 people working in the whole place. Service was crazy slow. Saw many people leave before they ordered. I love rally's but not this one.

First visit to this location. I was disappointed with the quality of the food my fries where limp and soggy the meat didn't seem to be as good as other locations will not be going back to the Bowling Green chain for a while if ever
