Frisch's Big Boy

Placed a to go order after a long day traveling. Wanted to get back on the road. It took almost an hour to get the food. I placed a to go order to avoid that. Manager gave us coupons for the wait, but with no local place (closest is 30 minutes away without traffic) and coupons that say "at this location" not sure what good that does me. Should have offered me money back or something useful when I said I don't live in the area. The manager was frazzled and clearly running crazy trying to do too many jobs at once. It wasn't busy when I went in and two other to go orders placed after mine were done within 10-15 minutes. At least the food was good when I got it! I would plan to place a carry out order on the app or plan ahead if you want to carry out from here. Not the best place to stop while on the road.

Only had 20 to 25 minutes to get items from the salad bar. The lettuce was low, so only picked a few fresh veggies. One of the fruit was pulled off not smelling so good, but those left tasted fine. The sandwich was very good.

Very good. It has been 15 or more years since we have been here. So I am very impressed with them.

The food was not what I remember growing up. I got a cranberry peacon grilled salad. I did not get grilled chicken...I received some kind of chicken poppers then received boiled chicken as my grilled chicken. I ordered balsamic vinaigrette as my dressing and got some kind of Italian. Very much disappointed.
