Great chicken, toast and fries. Our only downside with this location in Sept of 2021 was huge lines at the drive through. Their indoor dining and take out was unavailable at that time, so the only option was to use the drive through. The line wrapped around the entire building and back into a second lane. It took about twenty five minutes to get food which was fast considering how long of a line the employees were dealing with. We’ll definitely be back but hopefully the indoor dining will be available.
If you don’t do this when at Raising Canes have you even lived? Crispy fries, buttered bread on both sides & an extra side of canes sauce please.
We picked up a 50 piece tail gater and 5 fries so they come in the tin. It's more than enough to feed the 7 of us... I dropped one star on Atmosphere as the gal at the delivery window looked annoyed that we had a tailgater. Food was great as always and the line was not wrapped around the building tonight! Yes, it was -7 when we went through the drive through.
My family and I recently stopped by Raising Cane's for a quick meal and it was an excellent experience! The drive-thru service was quick and efficient, and the chicken fingers were as delicious as always - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Cane's sauce is amazing and it's a must try. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that we didn't get to enjoy the dine-in atmosphere, but the drive-thru service was so good that we didn't mind it at all. I highly recommend Raising Cane's for a satisfying and delicious meal!
I stood at the counter for around 5 minutes watching Three employees very loudly argue Flirt about the correct way to put a fresh garbage bag in the can, they all knew I was standing there and I made eye contact with each of the three employees, not one of them acknowledged my presence and continued doing whatever they where doing ... This was irritating to say the least so I said excuse me a little louder than I would normally all three employees stopped and looked at me one of them not so politely stated "it will just be a minute" and then all three returned to the very difficult task of putting in the garbage bag. And then a fourth employee came around from the kitchen area and saw that there was a customer Me at the counter, they acknowledged my presence immediately and apologized for the wait. They retrieved the order that I was there to pick up which had been ready and sitting there the entire time.... Just saying this wasn't my favorite experience
Went through the drive thru for a doordash and they say “hey hey are you craving chicken today?” So I jokingly said, “no but the person that ordered this doordash is.” I get to the window and they’re all talking about how they deal with rude doordashers. I’m kinda dumbfounded about it cause I assume that means they wanted to report me to doordash for it. Anyways, personal gripes aside. They raised their prices. Mediocre chicken tenders that get old after the first tender. The fries are always soggy and tasteless. The only thing that could possibly get me to come back as a customer is the toast.
I'm so glad this place opened up. They have the best chicken you can get at a fast food restaurant, hands down. Everyone that works there is very friendly and happy to help you. I don't know what sets this fast food establishment apart from the others, but they have my guaranteed repeat business for sure!
Food was great, I love coming here almost every week. But now they reduced the amount of fries and the size of the chicken tenders are way smaller. Got 3, 4 piece boxes and all of tenders were as long as a crayon. using the fork as a comparison I wouldve gave it 5 stars but this is just sad.
The main issue I had was with one of the people there unfortunately. The person who was taking our order was new I think and was pretty rude and short with us from the start. Then when we handed a card with a coupon on it, she definitely got more frustrated after that. It all worked out when the managers helped out and ran the card but I felt bad for causing an issue when I didn’t mean any harm or anything. However, she was still tense later when calling out our name and the rest of our time there, it was a bit negative. But, the food was amazing as usual and there weren’t any problems with anything else. I probably would come back for the food but be wary of the service.
