The service at this Hilton was by far one of the best experience I had in a long time. Peter and his team did a phenomenal job during my stay. The customer service , attitude, cleanliness, and food was 5 star across the board. Staying at this location will never disappoint!Rooms: 5/5
Really helpful staff and nice clean facility. Like everywhere in the metro they are a little short handed but no attitudes at all even with the work load. Every single employee had a smile and wished us a good day. Location is good but gets a ding for the ridiculous lack of south bound access onto the main thorofare, not the hotel's fault but an annoying fact.
Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, awsome shower. Best thing was the staff! Derek, Peter and Kathryn!!!! They were always there to great us, talk to us and always said hi to our dog and gave her a little rub on her head. Thank you all for an awsome stay.Rooms: 5/5

Dont stay here, you can hear what people are saying as you walk towards your own room, breakfast is extra with very limited options, not worth it at all. 140 for a night ? False advertising, when i book it said that the hotel offered free breakfast but no where did it say that it was for an extra charge. Booked online with a discount, it was supposed to be $110 but charged me $140 instead, oh and they didn't tell me that ... i got the charge from a notification. Very scammy please. I ended up checking out the very next day instead of staying for the time i initially booked for, seriously go somewhere else this place is not worth it at all, rooms are hot and air conditioner works but rooms dont get cold at all. Very unpleasant stay
I rate it one star as I cannot go lower. It must be nice to install a public service, reap the tax benefits of that public service, but not actually offer that service to the public. I am of course referring to your EV Chargers. I did not stay at this hotel, nor would I, considering the outright hostility and bully tactics used by the staff. There is nothing to indicate that they are for hotel guests only and they appear in any routine search for 'Free EV Chargers'. They're even on the apps. When a request for proof of guest exclusivity was requested, the power to the chargers was promptly turned off by an exceptionally rude member of the custodial staff. I'm not sure how you think that's valid when you share a parking lot with a restaurant and a convention center. You'd think a chain hotel could at the very least, afford a sign indicating this exclusivity. If there were, there'd be no issue, but it must be easier to be ignorant and hostile. Put something up, or educate your staff, but continuing to accost, harass and attempting to intimidate the general public for taking advantage of a service you offer is remarkably unprofessional.
Great hotel. Room was very clean and the staff was attentive. The only reason for the location being marked down was because of the hassl it was getting back into 694.Rooms: 5/5
I had breakfast 2 days there the Continental for 8.95 was just fruit and cereal and yogurts and toast. The other for$11.95 wasn't good. My eggs were greasy and the gravy for biscuits and gravy looked and tasted awful. The staff there is super nice and very friendly.Rooms: 4/5
Don't stay here unless you have no other options. Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING in the room next to you. All the doors slamming at 1am was ridiculous. Our room was clean and somewhat modern but all the doors stick and you really have to yank them hard to shut them. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were super flat. This place also offers 'breakfast' but that's a complete joke. They charge $14 for a "hot breakfast" or $10 for anything else. They would literally look at you with a straight face and ask you for $10 for a bowl of cheerios. What?!? Just go to the holiday gas station across the street for a cheaper and better breakfast.
Nice rooms. Car chargers were turned off. Maintenance supervise. Extreme nice and helpful in getting them up and working.Rooms: 5/5
