Excellent customer service. Counter looked clean, however if you like salty food, this is your shop. My burrito was so salty The salt became spicy. I could not finish my burrito it was so darn salty.
The reason for the poor review is the customer service. Girl dishing out the food was rude and kept rolling her eyes. She misunderstood me twice which is fine and it happens. The extra attitude is not necessary. Guy at the cashier was nice. He’s the only reason I’m not giving this experience 1 star.
The girl who make my order was taking to another coworker and she didn’t pay attention to me. I have to repeat my order to her and then she put half of the spoon of chicken. And I ask her to put more and she charge for extra chicken. Which is fine but these is the only place that I have visit, where portions are so small.
If I could give them 10 stars I would I am some thing of a Chipotle connoisseur i have traveled across the Country on a mission to find the best burrito and after all these year thor b and patrick h prepared a burrito that blessed my taste buds the Service and customer support was beyond exceptional and the end product was phenomenal an extraordinary creation fit for Gordon Ramsay himself 20/10 Wheelchair accessibility: To chipotle employees came out and personally lifted me up the stairs and carried me around until my order was completed they fed me the burrito by hand and proceeded to throw me out the massive heavy doors
Met my expectations for Chipotle quality. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I have had issues in the past with small portions, but after a few months it seems to have resolved itself. This location does get busy during the lunch hour but the line is definitely bearable in the evenings. Great food as always
Worst chipotle I've been too and I've tried multiple times to give it a chance. Everytime ! Little servings, no one can roll a burrito, food prep surface looks like the floor, terrible service , no one wants to work there, scrapes the bottom of the tray instead of getting a fresh tray.
Came in with a big smile and tried to kill the staff with kindness after seeing their reaction to us being there, but can’t say the same for them. I know it’s sucks working a Saturday night but it doesn’t mean you treat the customers poorly who are giving you business. All 3 staff working the front seemed very irritated to be there and like they hated their jobs. It made us so uncomfortable that id likely avoid this location in the future. I did say at checkout to the girl running the register no one seemed very happy to be working tonight and she said they were just “tired”… she also had air pods in… the restaurant part itself was also over the top messy with garbage everywhere.
The place was quite dirty and the workers were unnecessarily rude to me. It wasn’t busy when I went, but it still took a while to get my food as the workers were either on their phones or in their own world, not tending to the customer waiting. Also the portion sizes were significantly small and when I asked the employee to add a little more they gave me a dirty look. The employees gave me my food as if they were throwing a garbage bag at me. Overall, just unnecessary rudeness and attitude which made it uncomfortable. A real shame.
Way too many teens "eating" here. We ended up going to the car to eat. We ordered a quesadilla and it was just made weirdly in such a way that it ended up being completely unmelted in the middle because of its girth. By the time my burrito finally got rolled, it was a wet mess. The only reason I'm giving the service 2 stars is because it was truly comical to watch multiple failures. This Chipotle is clearly run by children who don't care.
When you order online, Chipotle takes half the doordash drivers tips. I don’t like that considering that’s their main wage and you have an hourly salary. I tipped based off how far my order had to come from and you guys are allowed to take half of it. That’s not cool.
