This feels really small for a “regular” fry. Miss the days that there would be a good scoop on top of the cup. This is at least $.06 per fry, probably closer to $.08 I’m not pedantic enough to count every fry. Service is quick and nice, but portions are lacking.
The burgers were fantastic! I think it's one of the best burgers that I've ever eaten. I didn't like the fry dump in the bag. It made it a greasy mess. Prices are high but a good place to go once a month.
Burgers and fries are most excellent! Prices aren't so easy on the wallet though. Spent $70 to feed family of 6. 5 burgers, 1 hotdog, 2 large fries, and two fountain sodas. The dine-in area is small and can be improved.Food: 5/5
I really use to Love this place but today was just something I didn’t expect. My wife and I came in for lunch mind you we chose five guys over 2 others place we thought about going to. The restaurant wasn’t full like we expected so we we’re happy to see that coming in. Then we stood in line to place our Order and the people in front of us were taking a bit of time getting they’re order place after about 20 minutes they finish they’re order then it’s time for us to place our order so we waited another 20 minutes only to ask what’s going on and to find out that they’re system went completely down and they couldn’t take anymore orders. Mind you No one said anything so another 20 or more minutes passed by with us just standing there and not 1 person said anything to us. We definitely understand that computers have issues sometimes but to just not say anything for that long was Terrible customer service we stood in line for 40/45 minutes total for nothing. I doubt we’ll be back.
Ahh, I guess it's gonna be one and done. First time ever going here and after hearing about the amazing burgers and heavenly fries, well, it was pretty underwhelming. The burger wasn't bad but what the hell was going on with the fries? Were they hand cut by a hobbit or some tiny elf? It's like they just scrapped the broken bits from the bottom of the fryer to top off the cup.
Won't answer their phone, it sounds like they are picking it up and hanging up I don't know that for sure but I'm very disappointed because I can't order takeout or doordash without talking to them I have an allergy I have to let them know about. This has happened several days at several locations.
Food was really good but fairly expensive. Staff was quick, accurate and courteous. Big location and busy. Besides the cost, everything else was worth the visit.Food: 5/5
Food was really good! My daughter absolutely loved the food too. Felt it was a tad too pricey for 'fast food' type stop, but food was definitely fresh and tasty. Plus the amount of French fries was great!
Such a delicious, filling burger made right in front of you according to your order. This location finally has malts too, some of the best I've ever had. I would come here just for the malts honestly! Overall great experience, clean restuarant, fast paced and friendly service. Don't forget the fries!
Food was very good! My first time there. I got a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. The food is so fresh and I personally like that they make the food right there.
