Have not been here in ages and now I know why. Ordered 2 of the Big Bacon Classic meals, $24.89 total, I was like whoa, but we were in a rush. Then we got our bags of food and sat down and the disappointment was even more so. For $12.44 a meal it was ludicrous. Saddest burger I have had in a while and fries were not fresh by any means like they boast. I can get a sit down burger that's 100% better in every way for $2 more. Won't be back to a Wendy's .
Okay, major shout-out to Wendy's Shoreview lunch crew. Gave special instructions to my order and they still had it bagged for me when igit to pay window. And look at this burger. As of late the quality at this location is really hit or miss. Everything is either great or less than stellar. Tonight it wasn’t the greatest, tonight my sandwich was made incorrectly. We pulled back through drive through again, explained what was wrong. We were asked to pull up to window. Explained what was wrong. Made new sandwich. Great. Well I guess I should have looked at it right away because this time is was still incorrect. Kinda frustrating when you are spending that much on food. And the fries are always stale. Hot but stale
If I wanted a cookie I woulda ordered a cookie. I don’t want your cookie. Stop asking. Get a new lettuce manufacturer. I’m tired of eating vines that look like celery. Gave me burnt bacon bits on my burger. The wrapper is disgusting and has stuff all over it not from my food, it’s obvious the workers need to change their gloves once in awhile.
I wouldn’t go to this location again if you paid me too! My card wouldn’t work, I was looking for another when Idalia- the cashier asked me to pull forward- the guy at the window said he would come out. I waited at least 20 min, beeping my horn, after 12 vehicles went thru, I was able to back up to the window, they were both laughing. They had given me a straw no drink ordered I asked why, and asked for a free drink for my troubles, he started to hand me one, I asked what is that- he said Diet Coke- I asked why I would want that- I’m overweight- he started laughing - NO ONE APOLOGIZED!
Check your bag closely before driving away. Currently drinking my chili without the requested hot sauce out of the cup because they forgot a spoon.
This is the worst fast food I've ever had! Chicken sandwitch was as dry as desert, fries were so cold "I could use them to cool my drink!" "Oh yeah" they foregot that too!Food: 1/5
I go here for breakfast a lot. The Breakfast Baconator is my fave. Also, the biscuits are surprisingly good for fast food. Get the seasoned breakfast potatoes. Every once in great while my coffee isn't very hot, so I let them know and they graciously take it back and give me a fresh, hot cup. The women at the window, who I think is the manager, is very nice.
Went through the drive-through late at night and regretted it almost immediately. The chili must have been sitting there all day, tasted absolutely disgusting. The service was not the greatest as I'm sure they were burnt out and wanted to go home. They forgot our drinks and the crackers for the chili. No utensils, either. Had to get back on the highway right away, so there was no turning back at that point. Won't be going to that store again or a Wendy's late at night anytime soon, if ever.
If you want random burgers instead of what you ordered then this is the perfect place. Especially if you want to pay $7 for a specialty burger only to be given the cheapest one they have.
