Story

Located at James South and Augusta in a newly restored (circa 1874) building, the radius urban-casual dining & lounge offers customers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner items made, where possible, with locally grown foods and all prepared on site by our culinary experts. We also offer a great selection of desserts and treats made fresh from real cream. We'll also feature locally crafted wines and beers from around and afar.

Of course we offer high speed wifi and we can also arrange for board rooms onsite as required for meetings and private get togethers. We would be pleased to cater for your next event (5-200 people) and welcome any enquiries at [email protected].

Went for a baby shower. I had the mushroom omelette. Cooked well, had a great flavour. The dessert was not good. I KNOW my fruit, this was prepackaged fruit from Wal-Mart. Definitely not fresh cut. Raspberries we fresh, but most had black bits of mold on almost all. The restaurant itself was nice! Nice upper lever for private events. Couple of servers were very nice, a couple seemed to be in an off mood. Located in a "Hip and trendy" area, but wouldn't visit by choice due to lack of parking.

Good location, avg food and poor service. Calamari and cod were good. Wings were dry and bland. Our server was not very attentive. It was my birthday and he forgot to bring out the cake. I would not recommend Radius for special occasions, however it's a decent place for an occasional lunch or dinner.

It wasn't bad. We were a group of 10. I had the Radius burger with cheese and bacon. Came with shoestring fries. Usual burger experience. Mama had Chicken Supreme. Others had oysters - a buck a shuck on Thursdays. Others had a steak, scallops with risotto. Overall I'd say the place is overpriced. Pretty good ambiance. Washrooms were excellent. A 5 oz glass of no name wine was 16 bucks. Our server was adequate. I'm not hard to please but I wasn't impressed with Radius. I might go back but only for a special occasion - not by choice.

Amazing brunch! They were so accommodating to our large, loud group. Prices are reasonable and the food was delicious. Our server was extremely friendly and we all left feeling satisfied with the experience! Would definitely recommend

Good food. Excellent service but the place is far too loud. The exposed brick walls and open concept have absolutely no acoustic dampening at all. The room is so “live” that when it was full I couldn’t hear the person across the table. Some work on the acoustics would make the experience much more enjoyable.
